OUR PRODUCTS


We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

DELIVERY


Our online store automatically calculates the best shipping routes, rates, and handlers to make sure you receive your goods quickly and cheaply. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 3-5 working days.

We offer the following shipping methods for our customers:

a. Standard Shipping: For customers within the United States, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

b. Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and takes 2-3 business days for delivery within the United States.

c. International Shipping: Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight and size of the order. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or for larger orders.

Shipping Destinations:

picfix ships to customers within the United States and internationally. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination country.

Returns

REPLACEMENT


If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at health@picifix.com and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance.

If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out via email. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 30 days of your order’s purchase date. After 30 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

RETURNS


We only accept the return of orders that are unopened, unused, and within 60 days of their delivery.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
